When a person has a lot of money, but does not have the correct cultural orientations, and, on the other hand, also wants everyone to know about his wealth, how does he usually behave? He chooses the “extreme” form of spending the money. “Extreme” not in the ordinary sense of the word, he does not paraglide and climb the Mount Aragats. “Extreme” in this case is the extreme that allegedly only he can afford.
For example, puts a gold toilet, or orders his big-size painting with Napoleon’s triangular cap to the most known and most expensive artist. Or tells his likewise friends, “Hey man, the other day we closed up Garni (Geghard, Zvartnots, Etchmiadzin Cathedral), ate a piece of bread and feasted on.” A unique “extreme”. Or, as the Russians say, «бандитскийшик». A brigand luxury.
Seneca has a wonderful aphorism, “Obscenity, he said, is a sign of falsely perceived greatness.” Thus, any super power, without any legal basis, sends worriers to other countries or activates the “local worriers” to establish a regime for him. Thus, any oligarchs without any document demolishes any building that he does not like and build his own one. The “kids” of the officials and deputies shoot freely in the streets. Such practice often has no logical explanation. It’s just a way to prove their falsely perceived greatness.
I would like to say to those who do not understand or pretend not to understand that the matter is not about singing or playing near the cultural and historical monuments (although I must be exigent here about the genres), not about the wedding ceremony, but eating and drinking. A reference is made to the international experience, but I have not noticed that people involved with drinking in the Coliseum and the Parthenon, even if it is a “party” or “corporate party” and explain by raising the “recognition” of the monuments. But even if there is such an “international experience”, it is, in my opinion, a bad example.

To put an end to all of such encroachments, it must be strictly forbidden to eat near the monument, no matter it is a permanently working “object”, a “corporate party”, or simply the tourist has taken a bread and cheese with him to eat at the temple. As for the feasting, there are huge complexes build up throughout the Republic. True, they are mostly expensive with tasteless cuisine and without a taste.
