The pro-Russian behavior by RPA party delegate Artashes Geghamyan involved in the staff of the Armenian delegation to attend the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly session in Baku had given rise to criticism. In Baku, Mr. Geghamyan, speaking about the Armenian-Azerbaijani possible friendship relations, referred to the people’s self-determination right in the Crimea and the Eurasian Union membership. In particular, in the interview to the Azerbaijani media, Mr. Geghamyan had told about how we would like Azerbaijan also be a member of the Eurasian Economic Union, he would like Azeri feel themselves easy at home in Armenia, so as Armenians in Baku.
