“Air France” plane was about to fall down and be shattered,” “Panic in “Air France” plane”. On Sunday, such titles could be read on the internet almost every minute. It is clear that such titles bring “clicks”. The effect of such wording is magical for the petty bourgeois. “What’s going on? We are fully falling off. From now on, no French will come here.” However, according to “Air France” and responsible entities for RA civil aviation, there was no risk of being crushed, simply a strong wind was blowing during landing, and the plane made another turn. But a deep regret was felt with messengers of sad news and those commenting it about why the plane did not actually crashed.

People all over the world are attracted by listening to and reading such stories, and we, given the national mentality, enjoy it twice, getting into a panic and exclaiming, “Oh, our unhappy.” Mostly, the bourgeois soul is glorified, when he hears the news of panic coming from Armenian-Azerbaijani border. For example, “A certain village was bombed for 6 hours.” People who have even a remote idea about weapons, know that no kind of weapons can work for 6 hours in a row, it is technically impossible, plus absolutely senseless from the military sense.

Yes, the situation has been aggravated on the border, and today, the threat of war is greater than a year ago. It is the result of the “wise” move made by our authorities on September 3, last year, which allegedly was to ensure the security of Armenia and Artsakh. We see how it ensures.

But I do not think that divulging false news about border incidents for collecting views and appearing a “courageous opposition” is an indicative of a very high level of journalism and analysis. There are many “view-worthier” themes, for instances, who of the government officials and oligarchs digs under whom. Under this framework, there are numerous topics that bring “likes”. There is another “perpetual” theme, the earth is destroying, becoming empty, going to abyss, and so on. There can be a lot to say here in the style of Jeremiah’s lament in the Bible.

But the army, combat operations, and border, seems to me, should stay out of this “information style” for the mere reason that thousands of parents have sent their sons to protect our borders. Can you imagine what kind of emotions they are experiencing when hearing any false or exaggerated news? I do not think that by injecting unnecessary alarm, we somehow help these parents and their children. Truth should be told and never to hide.

The truth is different from falsehood that first it contributes to necessary alertness, whereas the second evokes a senseless panic.
