At the Kentron and Nork Marash General Jurisdiction Court, when number fourth testimony given during the investigation by Vazgen Khachkyan and the accused by other cases, the former head of payment service, Hovhannes Grigoryan, was announced, it turned out that he had made a sensational announcement. The accused had mentioned that Vazgen Khachikyan had called him to his office, the payment service, and told that him that he had given 250 000 dollars to the President of the Chamber of Control, Ishkhan Zakaryan, and that much he had still to give him, and had asked money from him. He had asked this money on condition to return. Thus, their conversation ended, since the accused had said that he could give twenty million drams from the treasury. Two months later, Ashot Abrahamyan turned to him asking whether Khachikyan has asked him anything. Later, he learned that Khachikyan had turned to the Head of Erebuni, Noragavit, Arabkir, and Nor Nork District Services to form lists, according to which they would give the payment service amounts to Ishkhan Zakaryan.
