The attendees elected 3 Contest winners by voting: 2 Armenians and 1 Azerbaijanis. The prizes awarded to them were burning lamps attached to the headband, which was symbolizing the struggle of light against darkness. The Azerbaijani haqqin.az website criticized the Azerbaijani participants in the Contest that they were singing songs with their Armenian peers during the clashes on the border with victims.
