“This so-called Azerbaijani General should be accountable for torturing the Armenian captive. Armenia should demand it from the international instances. Azerbaijani had given us the most important document to reveal once again the image of these villains. Because if an ordinary officer may not realize, but the so-called General should know that the tortured man is not subjected to interrogation, moreover, this kind of half-done and incomprehensible”, such opinion was expressed by the politician Gurgen Yeghiazaryan, in the conversation with Aravot.am, referring to the tortures of Chinari village resident taken captive.
