The meeting with the first President of Armenian, Levon Ter-Petrosyan, and PAP leader, Gagik Tsarukyan, was help on September 9, which was attended by Vardan Oskanyan, Naira Zohrabyan and Stepan Margaryan from “Prosperous Armenia” Party, Levon Zurabyan, Aram Manukyan and Avetis Avagyan from Armenian National Congress. During the meeting, they discussed the results of the Quartet, as well as matter related to preparation and organization of joint rally. Both political parties reaffirmed their positions of unacceptance of change of government system under the current situation through the proposed constitutional amendments, and considered the implementation of reforms aimed at putting the country on the path of development a priority. The parties also emphasized the importance of joint visits to marzes prior to the rally, in the framework of the Quartet, to inform people about the common agenda items and to mobilize them.
