“Serzh Sargsyan says that with regard to the government form, the current government model is the most acceptable for him. Well, now I do not understand then why do you want to amend the Constitution? PAP and “Heritage” do not want it happen now, we do not want, ARF wants. Five out of 131 MPs want it. But I am deeply convinced that it cannot be a ground to forcedly pass a Constitution for only ARF,” such opinion was expressed by ANC faction leader, Levon Zurabyan, yesterday, during the conference entitled “Constitutional Reform. pros and cons”. ARF faction Secretary Aghvan Vardanyan, in the conversation with Aravot.am, in response to Levon Zurabyan’s observation, said, “I do not know on whose behalf Mr. Zurabyan speaks. One thing I can attest that there is an ANC faction at the National Assembly consisting of 7 members, and is made public, but we do not know the real number whether they are 2 or 3, and to speak with 2-3 people on behalf of all 131 MPs, I think it is not right.”
