At the request of “Aravot”, referring to accusations for money-laundry brought up against the owner of “Systema” JSFC, Vladimir Yevtushenkov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Russian Federation Gagik Shahbazyan (1997-1999) said, “With regard to “Bashneft”, let’s wait until the end of the investigation. But what should happen to the assets of the member of “Systema” Board of Directors, Robert Kocharyan? The man who has worked all his life in public positions in a poor country was able to invest huge amounts of money in JSFC. Isn’t this a money-laundering?”
Gagik Shahbazyan claimed that with regard to money laundry he has more comprehensive information, but promised to reveal them later.
