October 10,2014 21:32

Paylak Hayrapetyan, a well-known businessman in an offshore scandal and Ashot Sukiasyan, causing him to the wedge of bankruptcy will again come to confrontation. Mr. Hayrapetyan told Aravot.am that although they had been confronted several times, but his questions on this matter are not yet exhausted. The last confrontation took place yesterday, and Mr. Hayrapetyan had asked Ashot Sukiasyan what were the basis for Ameria bank to write the business plan and what were the bases for providing a tremendous amount of money to the Bank. “He said that he had gone to Ameria bank, the Prime Minister had telephoned the owner of the bank, Vardan Vardanyan, to provide a 12 million dollar loan. At that time, they took my documents to register the loan. The business plan for documenting the loan was developed in one of the branches of the Bank, the director of which was Gagik Sahakyan. Since then, it was determined to commit a fraud. The business plan said that there is ten thousand tons of gold in Shot Sukiasyan’s mine, 9 million 600,000 carats of diamonds on ten meters deep. But if this wealth were approved, they could not take anything from my documents and provide up to 500 million dollars loan to Ashot Sukiasyan. But these data are not true, the documents were rigged”.

As said by Mr. Hayrapetyan, there will be no confrontation with former Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan and Archbishop Navasard Kchoyan as Ashot Sukiasyan has claimed in his testimony that he has written their names in the offshore company to make his business safe. The entrepreneur inquired to know then how he had acquired the signatures of Tigran Sargsyan and Archbishop Navasard Kchoyan to register the company and requested the investigator to reveal the authenticity of the signatures. “We have not yet received the originals to check, I say, send people to given country and get it checked in the laboratory of this country, what a difficult thing that you can’t get it done for two years. I am also sure that the former prime minister and the second spiritual figure of the country are criminals, but it is not to their advantage to disclose it, and thus they destroy our country. They do not want to organize a confrontation with them.”

Paylak-Hayrapetyan

Mr. Hayrapetyan understood from Ashot Sukiasyan’s confrontations that an attempt is made from the trial to eliminate Tigran Sargsyan and Navasard Kchoyan. “They are trying to emerge them unscathed. But during the confrontation, Ashot Sukiasyan revealed that Tigran Sargsyan and Navasard Kchoyan are defenders of the crime. They have told Ashot, you buy it, we will do everything. If it is not them, then they made the enterprise be registered, otherwise such a huge amount of money would not be transferred.” Mr. Hayrapetyan also said that a lawsuit has already been filed against Ashot Sukiasyan to the European Court of Human Rights. As of 30.07.2010, an agreement on collateral of real estate belonging to a non-debtor is signed between Paylak Hayrapetyan’s representative Ashot Sukiasyan, “Dzoragyur” CC representative Ashot Sukiasyan and AmeriaBank CJSC , according to which, P. Hayrapetyan’s complex located in the city of Jermuk is pledged to “Dzoragyugh” CC in compliance with the application for the obligations to the bank. In fact, this case was rejected in three-level courts in Armenia. Mr. Hayrapetyan is going to send other lawsuits to the European Court pertaining to the case of Ashot Sukiasyan who had caused him to bankruptcy.
