ANC members headed by ANC leader Levon Ter-Petrosyan visited Komitas Pantheon to commemorate Karen Demirchyan killed on “October 27”. Before showing up of Levon Ter-Petrosyan, ANC members started to argue at Karen Demirchyan’s tombstone.
When a citizen accused Levon Ter-Petrosyan of everything in the country and described him with nicknames, ANC members resented and instructed, “Take him away from here.” One of the ANC members, addressing the protesting woman, said, “You, the entire nation, will you be the soil under Levon’s feet?” ANC member Lyudmila Sargsyan, visited the pantheon, referring to the “October 27,” said there is no man in Armenia who does not understand the genuine reasons of October 27 not revealed. “The murder took place under these authorities, and let’s not exclude that currently there are people in the government who somehow are related to the terrorist attack, and there are facts that need to be concealed not to endanger the current government, including Serzh Sargsyan,” said Lyudmila Sargsyan.
To our observation that ANC after cooperating with PAP no longer refers to its allegation about Robert Kocharyan’s organizing the October 27, Ms. Sargsyan described the accusation addressed to Kocharyan as virtual accusations. “Unless the true culprits are not disclosed, the presumption of innocence applies to everyone. We have no right to address specific accusations. As long as the sin is not approved, then the presumption of innocence applies for Robert Kocharyan, too.” At the end, she wrapped up that Serzh Sargsyan is associated with the crime committed on October 27. “At this point, we can state that Serzh Sargsyan is associated with the crime.”

According to Gurgen Yeghiazaryan, there are relevant documents proving that the National Security Minister of 1999, Serzh Sargsyan, knew about October 27 and has not prevented. He did not specify the documents, but promised that he will made it public in the near future. “The sole responsible person for October 27 is perhaps Serzh Sargsyan, and the customer was the Turkish intelligence service.” He is sure that Robert Kocharyan is not standing behind the October 27, “I have always said the same thing, even on the night of October 27, he protected him as there was no one next to him.”
