“My child’s blood price should be paid no matter who this person is he must answer for it”, – such an opinion was expressed by the March 1 deceased Gor Kloyan’s mother Azatuhi Kloyan, in the interview with Aravot.am. She told us some details from the meeting of the March 1 deceased relatives with the Human Rights Defender (HRD). We asked whether they have expectations from this government, Mrs. Kloyan replied, “Naturally, I do not have any expectations from this government, but we will not stop struggling until we are alive, and we will fight for justice.”

Azatuhi Kloyan informed that the initiative of the meeting came from them and the HRD did not refuse. She detailed, “What we had gone for inspired hopes. We expect that the Ombudsman will back us and whatever questions arise, we would feel protected.” Note that the Ombudsman promised the parents to support their interests when raising questions at the European Court of Human Rights. The participants of the meeting were parents Armen Farmanyan, Samvel Hovhannisyan and the March 1 deceased Davit Petrosyan’s mother.

To our question of what she feel on hearing that the government announces that the March 1 perpetrators are identified and punished, Mrs. Azatuhi replied, “With regard to the statement of former prosecutor, I have said that the March 1 is revealed only for Aghvan Hovsepyan as they have organized and they are aware of everything.” The March 1 deceased Tigran Khachatryan’s mother, Alla Hovhannisyan, told us from Belgium that it is good that the parents of the deceased have finally meet with the ombudsman, but at the same time she stressed, “However, I do not have any great expectations, as long as this state is ruled by this government, the RPA.”
