The monarch of Azerbaijan said that Armenia does not want to progress in Karabakh issue in an attempt to maintain the status quo. He recalled the four UN resolutions, which were allegedly ignored by Armenia.
Azerbaijani President’s speculations on four resolutions are best reflected in the speech of Armenia’s President Serzh Sargsyan during UN General Assembly 69th session held in September this year. Let’s refresh Aliyev’s memory by quoting excerpts from the speech of the President of Armenia. In all four UN resolutions the cessation of hostilities and military actions is mentioned as a primary and unconditional demand, which has never been implemented by Azerbaijan during these years.
It was the result of a failure to comply with the fundamental formulas of these resolutions from the Azerbaijani side that made it impossible to complete their implementation.
The resolution calls for the end to air strikes and bombings of civilians, to refrain from violation of the principles of international humanitarian law, in response, Azerbaijan continues to bomb civilians, without differentiating between children, women and adults and violating all legal and ethical norms of the international humanitarian law.

The resolutions call on the authorities of Azerbaijan to establish direct contacts with Nagorno-Karabakh. Azerbaijan is not only refusing to establish direct contacts with Artsakh, which is an equal side of the 1994 cease-fire and a number of other international agreements, but also is preaching hostile attitude towards it.

Azerbaijan continues violating humanitarian norms, cruel and inhuman treatment against captured civilians, which is often the cause of their deaths.
They are doing “heroism” during the exercises by goring the helicopter and are not letting to approach to the bodies of our victims and so on.
These are only nervous manifestations of the president of the undemocratic country.
Since it’s a fiasco of Aliev’s military adventurism, well, that’s why the man is nervous.
