The Ministry of Justice is investigating the substantiations of the court decision issued by the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts about dismissal of the petition to extend the custody for two more months for Andranik Soghoyan, a lord of underground by the name Zap, identified on 28 October 2014, in Yerevan. The Ministry spokesperson Tsovinar Khachatryan told to Aravot.am that after studying the reasons for rejection, the possibilities for the appeal would become clear.

Note that news.am reported that on January 24, the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts dismissed the petition of the Ministry of Justice to extend the custody of A. Soghoyan for two months. And if the Ministry of Justice does not appeal the verdict within 5 days, Soghoyan will be released on January 29. An international manhunt was announced for A. Soghoyan. Charges were brought against his by the Municipal Court in Prague in compliance with the Criminal Code of the Czech Republic, Article 219 (1) and (2), and Article 235 (1) and was sentenced to 22 years in prison. But so far, there is no verdict that is effective against Andranik Soghoyan in the Czech Republic.
