“The forces who support the bluff called Constitutional amendment, those who say that our problems are buried in the Constitutional amendments, they are engaged in blatant demagogy,” such a statement was made by PAP faction secretary Naira Zohrabyan in her speck at the conference of non-governmental forces convened by Gagik Tsarukyan. In response to Naira Zohrabyan, Head of ARF faction Armen Rustamyan, in the conversation with Aravot.am, said, “All those who do not understand the connection between the constitutional amendments and today’s existing problems, is simply far away from the true politics. Considering the world experience that it is due to constitutional system changes that they have been able to establish democracy, leaving all of this aside, we cut off the world try to invent a bicycle, it look like Jivani’s words, saying, “The river stone for an illiterate person cut off the world is the same as the gem.” Now, let them understand it.”

According to PAP observation, just a political will is required to conduct real changes in the country instead of constitutional amendments. Armen Rustamyan said, “As for the solving the problem via political will, which they focuses on, the political will is not executed when it is not imposed. We have seen it, we have changed 3 presidents, and we are unhappy with three of them to this-or-that extent. Especially those who are against the constitutional amendments, let them explain why they should not complain of the fourth president. What a heavenly person is this president! Well, tell me who he is.”
