Thus, to speak of the truth of such assertion, of course, is ridiculous. As to why Turkey makes such steps, it is also understandable. To the point, they introduce such theses not only to its own population but also to the international community, because, as we know, there is also a vast mass in Turkey, who demands the Turkish government to recognize the Armenian Genocide and normalize the relations with the Armenian people. The Turkish media is actually trying to cheat and show that the Armenians have other priorities and allegedly we do not care about their concerns. This is a misleading way and nothing more. It should be just pointed out that this is another manifestation of denial policy, and no need to focus on such absurdities,” says Hrant Melik-Shahnazaryan undoubtedly.
