The content of the note looks like a balloon.
Resident of bordering town of Noyemberyan, also head of Tavush Regional Branch of the Writers’ Union of Armenia Samvel Beglaryan said that the Azeri of Kazakh region are releasing air-balloon-like balloons into the air and sending them to the territory of Armenia. One of the balloons fell on Samvel Beglaryan’s summer-house, the other one – in his neighbor’s yard. A handwritten note is attached to the balloon, in which the Azerbaijani informs that he is a resident of village Kemerli, Kazakh region, and they are residing in this region for 3000 years and so on.
