In recent days, when it became known that Kim Kardashian is coming to Armenia, our bogus devout raised a big noise. To be honest, I do not understand what exactly they are unhappy with, but I assume that they do not like the “moral character” of this woman. One might think that all those attacking the American-Armenia model are either celibate priests or nuns. I’m sure that no one is the judge of anyone on any matter, especially the personal life.
I do not care at all about the kind of the lifestyle Kim Kardashian runs, how she makes money, what clothes she wears, how she is photographed and so on. It is her personal affair.
The fact is that she has millions of fans and Kardashian is a reputation for those millions of people, every word she utters is heard worldwide. It is no coincidence that prior to parliamentary elections, the British Prime Minister David Cameron speaks with Kardashian about his kinship (from mother’s side, don’t think abruptly that Cameron is an Armenian). British politician realizes that speaking on this subject will bring additional votes.
And we, instead of rejoicing that such a well-known personality does not only deny her Armenian roots, but also is willing for the whole world to recognize the Armenian Genocide, our Pharisees are crying her down. Should we have Kim Kardashian or Charles Aznavour in several spheres, our affairs would go much better.

We need to understand that speaking with each other about the Armenian Genocide particularly has no sense because we do not have the problem to prove each other or give additional information to each other. Our task is to tell our truth to the world. With the help of whom is this truth more accessible?
With the help of people known to the world, with the help of the Nobel Prize winners, Oskar prize winners and celebrities in this-or-that sphere, both Armenian and foreign. No matter how deep and scientifically our conveyed information about the Genocide is proved, it will not achieve the destination if the world-known people do not join it. Let’s be pragmatic and at least we, Armenian, do not attack those who benefit to us.
