In cross-border of Noyemberyan which is situated near the Kazakh region Ashagy Aksibara (translated Internal Voskepar) a red excavator is digging positions on the outskirts of the village. We witnessed the work of the tractor on the 15 of April. The hydraulic mechanism nickel of the excavator is shining in the sun, and the excavator`s work t is visible from a distance. Recently, Azerbaijanis have been strengthening their positions at Voskepar-Baganis and Baganis-Ayroum regions, approaching the Armenia-Georgia interstate highway. Azerbaijanis` flock of sheep grazing near is seen by the passing cars.
