“Armenia shows that no independent policy is conducted in Georgia.”

June 08,2015 12:07

“Armenia does not run a clear foreign policy. There are rumors that the Foreign Ministry is not an independent structure. Armenia’s foreign policy seems not to be established in Armenia. Other platforms of policy-making are also missing: the National Assembly, political parties and influential political centers. Naturally, the leverages of public influence on the government are missing. As in other directions, no clear policy is conducted concerning Georgia too.

Look at who the Ambassador of Armenia to Georgia is. Herewith, Armenia shows that it does not conduct an independent policy in Georgia. I think that the weight-lifter was sent here specifically,” said Chairman of “Cooperation for Democracy” NGO, Stepan Danielyan, in the interview with “Aravot”, commenting on the Armenian-Georgian relations.
