Opposition lawmaker Nikol Pashinyan reprimanded Prosecutor General Gevorg Kostanyan. The lawmaker believes that the prosecutor allows an unacceptable gesticulation by pointing out his finger, and thus “shaking his finger” at the lawmakers. Pro-government MP Samvel Farmanyan contradicted it that his colleague has gone a lot more ahead with his gesticulation, and in this respect, he will be compared to Adolf Hitler. I cannot tell to what extent the impression of the opposition colleague is correct, and to what extent the pro-government’s comparison inappropriate. I’m talking about something else. This incident happened in the National Assembly was covered in Aravot.am website, after which the material has appeared on our Facebook page. A lot of people (mainly, fakes) posted sexual type of profane language underneath this material addressed to Samvel Farmanyan (we, certainly, deleted them). Surely, we can say that the authors of those comments are not Shmays or Tokhmakhi Mher. They, apparently, are opposition supporters, political and civil activists, and perhaps disposed of to “Civil Contract”. This allows me to think that if these people or their teammates become parliamentarians, they would behave themselves exactly like Shmays or Tokhmakhi Mher.
Who is responsible for it? I am. I am writing this with the utmost seriousness. Because I’m not so influential and authoritative to be able to convince people that they should not use profane language in the public places, that swearword is a hunger for argument, that it is necessary to consider the words of given person, his raised problems rather than the said person. Certainly, there are people in Armenia who think like me, but they make the minority, and the majority are the “Shmayses” or “anti-Shmayses” (which is the same).
I am for the 100-percent responsibility theory, according to which, if, let’s say, a company implements a project, all the company employees are 100 percent responsible for this project, starting from the leader up to the driver and the cleaning lady. This contradicts the mathematics, but it is true. If, let’s say, 3 employees are working on the project, then the responsibility is 300 percent, rather than, for example, 5 + 25 + 70.
The state is also a “project”. The fact that Surik Khachatryan, his son and several other relatives are not in detention facilities, Gevorg Kostanyan is 100 percent responsible for it. Similarly, I am responsible, as well as all other citizens of Armenia. In the case of the electricity tariff rise, Bibin, Nazaryan, the government and still some people are to be blamed. However, I take out Bibin from the list of responsible persons for he has nothing to do with our state. While, each of our citizens is responsible for this new tariff.
