During the discussion at the Writers’ Union of Armenia on the problems of Armenians living in Turkey, publicist Marie Barseghyan-Khanjyan presented a 3-step program on how to reach success on the fight against Turkey and genocide recognition. She recommends to open 3 websites. “The first one should be about the origin of the Armenian people, the anthropological type, culture and so on. The second website should be about the origin of the Seljuk Turks: who there were, their anthropological type, their whole history, what they have done and what barbarism they have done.” The third website, according to Marie Barseghyan-Khanjyan, would be designed for people who have found their roots and here, they would write their stories. “I have 7-8 such stories written, which are very touching. If scripts are written based on them and films are produced, they would shake the world and Turkey would collapse from inside”. The publicist offers to set up these sites for Germany and Turkey because there are more than 4 million Turkish citizens in Germany. “I no longer use the word, Turk, because in the last 300-400 years, these people have the misfortune of losing their national identity.”
Marie Barseghyan-Khanjyan substantiated her observation with the fact that when the Seljuk Turks commenced their expeditions around the world, during the wars, they gradually began to be killed. “But the army was to be filled with soldiers, who were not available. In other words, they have not brought that much women with them to be able to have children.” Therefore, according to the publicist, the Turks began taking Christian children and holding them. And since they had to keep the children until they are 8 years old and they were getting sick and dying, the Turks began another policy. “They adopted a new tax policy. This policy vanquished everyone. Some of them left and abandoned, others accepted Islam.”
