Yerevan—The Armenian Center for National and International Studies (ACNIS) convened a policy seminar today devoted largely to the current public struggle for good governance in Armenia and against increase of the electricity tariffs in the country.

The Center’s director Manvel Sargsyan and ACNIS associate Edgar Vardanyan delivered the keynote addresses, and founder Raffi Hovannisian, civic leader Andreas Ghukasyan, and a score of other political figures, analysts, and journalists took part in the discussion.
