Dozens of police officers and hundreds of assailed were to be involved in this case as a defendant, in addition, how can one investigator investigate. This means that the government authorities do not intend to investigate this case fairly,” said Daniel Ioannisyan.
According to him, the criminal case was filed on the last day of the term specified by the law. “The case of the protesting youth in Baghramyan Avenue was filed in a couple of minutes.
