Valerie Permyakov’s verdict was declared: the military court sentenced him to 10 years in prison

The Military Court of North Caucasus District of the Russian Federation sentenced Valery Permyakov, a deserted military soldier of N.102 military base to 10 years in prison. Reading the verdict for about 15-20 minutes, the court upheld the Military Prosecutor Vladimir Alexandrovich Andrusenko’s claim of 10 years in prison for the crime filed against him. Note that Valery Permyakov is charged by 3 Articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: desertion, stealing firearms and ammunition, and illegally carrying weapons, which are paragraph 2 of Article N 338, paragraph 3 of Article N 226 and paragraph 1 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Note that the case of murder of the Avetisyan’s 7-member family was handed over to the Armenian side, and it is still in the phase of translation. This heinous crime will be tried in the Court of General Jurisdiction of Shirak region.
