On September 8, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Karen Mirzoyan received the Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Mission in Nagorno Karabakh Thomas Hallier, who is completing his mission in Artsakh.
During the meeting Thomas Hallier introduced Dragoslav Blazevic Ciro, who will soon replace him on the post of the Head of the ICRC mission in NKR.
The parties discussed a range of issues, concerning the activities of the ICRC office in the NKR, as well as touched upon the upcoming programs of the mission.
The sides expressed satisfaction with the level of cooperation between the ICRC Office in the NKR and the relevant state agencies. The Head of the NKR Foreign Ministry reinstated the readiness of Artsakh authorities to assist the activities ICRC in the Republic in all possible ways.
