He said that he is aware that the issue should be discussed on the highest level, meaning the UN General Assembly. The Ambassador is also aware of the meeting and the discussions of the leaders of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan. He said that recently, the Head of the OSCE Conflict Prevention Centre, Marcel Peshku, was in Yerevan, and had discussed this matter with the leadership of Armenia. The Ambassador did not announce the details, it is beyond the scope of his authority, but said that the issue requires solution and urgently. “And I am dealing with it.”
