The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Armen Navasardyan, in an interview with the journalist of Aravot.am, referring to the terrorist attack in Paris, noted that the fact that hundreds of thousands of people intruded Europe played a major role and the Europeans approached this issue too carelessly. “What was the excuse to France? The extremists said, because you began shelling the ranks of our “Islamic state”, while the French have made a couple of insignificant flights. A question arises that if Russia, which is more active in implementing military action, what will be the situation in Russia?” said Mr. Navasardyan.
In his words, there is indeed a danger in Russia. “The first incident happened in Egypt, whether such occurrences will be continued or not, but the fact that the “Islamic state” has declared a jihad, a “holy war”, including Russia, and considering the huge Muslim ethnic group in Russia, it is quite a serious matter”, says the expert. Arman Navasardyan noted that first we need to understand what is happening, where the “Islamic state” has come from and where it is going. In his words, this is the most dangerous form of terrorism that has become a transnational phenomenon today. “What remained from Hussein, the classical well-organized military force, which had received the basic education in the Soviet Union, were supplemented by the parts of this movement,” Mr. Navasardyan said, adding that these are not the people who had first time taken arms in their hands or learned how to shoot, but these are the people who have passed a military training: tactically and strategically.
“The best engineer staff can be found among them, a staff that has passed a wonderful school of sappers, there are good artillerymen, tankmen. They are people among them having high military experience, who at any moment can expand the scope of their acts and practices,” added the expert.

An elite group is formed that seeks to them,” said Arman Navasardyan.
The expert said that the terrorists within their own state, if it can be called a state, preserve interesting laws against corruption, instill discipline, attractive things that can affect the people’s psychology.
