Yerevan—Raffi K. Hovannisian, independent Armenia’s first minister of foreign affairs, met on December 4 with Ambassador Piotr Switalski, Head of Delegation of the European Union to Armenia.
Switalski and Hovannisian, who serves as chairman of the Heritage Party, founding member of the New Armenia Front, and founding director of the Armenian Center for National and International Studies, discussed a broad range of matters relating to Armenia’s domestic situation, regional challenges, and Armenian-European relations.
