The law enforcers did not respond to the case of interrupting the journalist’s work

No criminal proceedings were filed for the case of preventing the professional work of Tehmine Yenokyan, a journalist of Lragir.am, on the day of the referendum, December 6. Note that the journalist’s professional work was interrupted when working in the three polling stations located at the school No. 91 of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, they hit the camera and demanded to stop photographing. “The incident occurred at the entrance to the school. The person who most likely was bringing people to the polling station to vote and controlling who entered and voted for whom, was very annoyed in front of the camera, when he saw that he is photographed, he attacked with the words, do not shoot, what are you doing and hitting my camera and it turned off,” told Tehmine Yenokyan. In her words, she failed to determine the identity of the person who obstructed her work. “I tried to find out who he is, no one told me who he is, he was just taken out of the polling station, there was not even any reprimand.”
