The opening ceremony of the Bal Robotov (Ball of Robots) exhibition took place today. For the first time in this part of the world, Robots Inc. (Russia) presents this unique project in Yerevan, directly initiated by Ameriabank.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Mayor of Yerevan Taron Margaryan, prominent figures of Armenian robotics, artists, representatives of the partners of the event and the staff of Ameria group.
Honorary guests of the event were children for whom the opening ceremony became a real treat. They had the opportunity to interact with the marvelous robots, play with them, have fun with them and take photos.
Mika Varosyan, 2nd runner-up of Junior Eurovision 2015, performed for the guests of the ceremony.
The exhibition is housed in Yerevan Mall Trade Center, near the Kinopark. The expo area is decorated to create the atmosphere of a real roboworkshop and gives the children the opportunity not only to play with robots but get involved in their construction and programming. Other entertainments include the dancing robot show, quadcopter zone, robolab, Lego brainstorming/robot building sessions, robot programming and robomarket.
