Today, Ukrainian websites disseminated a remarkable information about the former commander of No. 102 military base in Gyumri, Andrey Ruzinsky, that the latter has a direct involvement in the “execution of an Armenian family by a soldier of his detachment” in Gyumri. This information, according to the Ukrainian websites, was disclosed by the General Department of Investigation of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry. According to this disclosure, the commander of one of the major groups in Lugansk, which acts under the name Nefyodov, is the former commander of the No. 102 military base in Gyumri, Colonel of Russian Armed Forces, Andrey Ruzinsky.At the request of Aravot.am, explaining the publication of such information two days before the trial of Valery Permyakov, political analyst Gagik Hambaryan said, “Ukrainian news.liga.net website publishes this information two days before Valery Permyakov’s trial, we know that the trial starts on December 18, and this is already highly doubtful.

It is just an information, they have just offered a bait, trying to raise enough noise among the thrilled Armenian public, moreover, now, it appeared that the trial is organized in the territory of No. 102 military base, which is an insult to the Armenian side.In other words, the Russians do not trust to the end that the Armenian side can provide the security of savage Permyakov. This is the strangest. I do not believe this information much because the website, its owners have close ties with the current political elite of Ukraine, it goes without saying that they had to implement the order. The information is not credible primarily because it represents a country that is hostile towards Russia. And secondly, it raises doubts in terms of the time, elementary it is the use of Western technologies.You know very well, they announce that Saddam Hussein has nuclear weapons, this information is circulating for a few days, the United States and its allies attack Iraq.
