Last year, on this day, after the brutal murder of the Avetisyan family consisted of three generations dwelling in 188 Miasnikyan Street in Gyumri, many of their relatives have left Armenia. The sister of murdered housewife Hasmik Avetisyan every time arrives in Armenia from Russia to attend the court proceedings. Even during the trial, the attorneys of the Avetisyan family warned the judges to schedule the court hearings in a periodicity that the relatives arriving from Russia could be able to attend the court hearings and avoid making high costs. Hasmik Avetisyan’s sister, Rita Petrosyan, sold her house and left. She has arrived two days ago to attend the mass for her murdered sister’s family. Today, Rita Petrosyan told the journalists that she is afraid to live in Armenia and is able to bear this grief to pass by her sister’s house and see the doors of the once happy house locked.
