“Aravot” asked the NKR President’s spokesman David Babayan that after the debates of the anti-Armenian resolutions at the PACE plenary session, one of which the Assembly rejected while adopted the other one, so whether under this situation Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh won a victory or defeated, Mr. Babayan replied, “The victory is that Azerbaijan failed to reach its goal as they are spending tens of millions of dollars on bribing various lawmakers to debate and adopt such abnormal resolutions at the PACE, however, their efficiency is not high.”
David Babayan noted that although Robert Walter was paid in manats and euros but still all it failed. Mr. Babayan also accepted the defeat. “Defeat goes not to the Armenian side but to the other European institutions and democracy. If such an abnormal report is adopted by a prestigious structure, this means that there is a serious problem in this structure. It is impossible for a normal-immune-system-having structure to pass such reports.”
