On March 3, at the Administrative Court, judge Artsrun Mirzoyan declared the judicial act for the case of Hakob Nazari-Dekhnavi. The court decided to satisfy the police lawsuit and imposed a fine against Hakob Nazari-Dekhnavi in the amount of fifty thousand drams.
Thus, Hakob Nazari-Dekhnavi was brought to responsibility by Article 182 of the Code of Administrative Offences (Failure to implement the legal demand of the police forces soldier or the police officer). Note that Hakob Nazari-Dekhnavi was the man who was hit by the police officer on August 21 at the Republic Square during the protest of “Rise up Armenia” civic initiative. And this administrative case refers just to this incident.
