“Azerbaijan’s army tried to attack in direction of Talish and New Seisulan, but their initiative was failed”, said spokesman of the president of Republic of Nagorno Kharabakh David Babayan.
He added that the number Azerbaijan’s victims passes dozens, but they are trying to keep that information unveiled. “Some division groups were destroyed. There was such a huge panic that it was spread among the civilians. There are also signs of panic in Azerbajiani provinces which are situated near the border line of Artsakh Republic which caused massive flow of inhabitants”.
David Babayan said that Armenian side also has victims, the number of which is being checked “Azerbaijani side targeted a school, what is rude violation of international humanitarian right, conventions of Geneva, because that kind of civilian buildings: schools, kindergartens, hospitals, can’t be a legitimate target even during a war. But we deal with terrorist state, and there are neither rules, nor moral norms for terrorists”.
