Addressing to my colleagues and the authorities of the Russian Federation and the State of Israel, I urge them to cancel the agreements on military Cooperation with Azerbaijan and stop the supply and maintenance of weapons implied by these agreements since by the means of previously acquired weapons Azerbaijan has carried out war crimes during the last days, violating the principles of international humanitarian law and rules of war, enshrined in several international instruments.
