Generalmayor Arkady Der-Tatevosian has appealed to respectable Armenian generals and military experts from around the world to join his suggested program which provides transfer of the corresponding knowledge in centers of military preparation to those who wants to join the Armenian army.
“Artsakhpress” reports that Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan has told at today’s press conference held in Stepanakert.
The statement reads as follows:
“Dear Armenian generals and military experts from all over the world

Today Armenians have faced a matter of life and death. Panturkism has made an offence, furthermore, is still attemping to humble the Armenians of both the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh considering them a barrier for the fulfillment of their wily plans. With unique savageness and insidiousness, using all possible kinds of weapons, involving Islamists, using multiple rocket Smerch, they attacked our Armenian soldiers who were defending the frontier.
Regardless of the enemy’s aggression, Armenian soldiers withstood and won the battle, though sacrificed their lives, but nonetheless didn’t retreat. They gave their lives for their sacred work, for the Armenian land. And now, facing days full of pity for the bereavement and morover being inspired we must be worthy of the bravery of Armenian soldiers.
We don’t have the right to let out soldiers’ exploit go down. So, to solve the problems that Armenians have faced and never allow the enemy to attack us, moreover, step on our sacred land, we have to be united.
I invoke you respectable Armenian generals and military experts from all over the world, to meet in Yerevan in order to solve the problems that Armenians have confronted and find ways of forming an all Armenian Army. Let us be united and worthy of our soldiers’ spilled blood.”
