We know that Lavrov was in Baku and made an announcements. Nalbandyan meets with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in Moscow. Indeed, there are signs that Russia has an active mediating role. As for the results, it is hard to say at this moment but the fact that the mediation exists and there is also an interest to bring the stance of the sides closer, we can confirm it.” Regarding the involvement of NKR in the negotiation stage, Mr. Karapetyan said, “If there is activeness in the negotiation process, I think that Karabakh must have its weighty role.”
