To examine and report the atrocities, war crimes and violations of the international law implemented by Azerbaijan against the Artsakh servicemen and civilians, the RA Chamber of Advocates has formed a group of international experts. This was told to Aravot.am by the president of the Chamber of Advocates Ara Zohrabyan. “The Group shall submit an appropriate opinion which will consist of two components: confidential and accessible to the public information which also contains analyzes. The Group will primarily examine the events of the four-day war in April and will prepare an analytical document,” said Mr. Zohrabyan, adding that the document will be submitted to the competent authorities of the Government.
