Norayr Norikyan, the lawyer of Chamber of Advocates, cannot understand how a Turkish citizen can dispute the decision adopted by the German Bundestag at the German constitutional court. Note that a Turkish lawyer Ramazan Akbaş launch a legal process to cancel the draft condemning the Armenian Genocide that was adopted by the German Federal Parliament (the Bundestag). What problems they have set forth, can this or that Turkish forces apply to the German Constitutional Court, we need to study the issue additionally, because I do not think that any citizen of Turkey can apply to the German Constitutional Court to dispute the legal act or a position adopted by the Bundestag of this country.”
