On July 2, CTV Toronto broadcast the heart wrenching story of a Syrian-Armenian family.  A family which was determined to overcome its calamities experience in Aleppo, Syria. A family resolved to leave its agony behind and start a new life in Canada.

The compassion and generosity of the Canadian people made this uplifting story possible.
