On 12 July Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received philanthropist Karen Khachatryan and discussed issues related to the implementation of a range of programs in Artsakh.
In the course of the meeting President Sahakyan handed in the “Vachagan Barepasht” medal to Karen Khachatryan for services rendered to the Nagorno Karabagh Republic rating high his patriotic activity.
