The March 1 case has advanced in the European Court. The government has presented its objections

Aram Manukyan, a secretary of ANC faction, in an interview with Aravot.am, informed that the March 1 case has sufficiently advanced at the European Court of Human Rights. Vahe Grigoryan, a lawyer representing the interests of the families of the deceased on March 1, as mentioned by Aram Manukyan, is working very actively and is preparing documents, “We are working both with the UN Commissioner for Human Rights and the European Court. The case has sufficiently advanced. A month ago, Vahe came to meet with all parents, we have taken all the necessary materials to present to the European Court. The case is under proceeding. The government has already submitted its objections and now, we are preparing our objections with regard to the one presented by the government. There are quite interesting materials.”

So far, Aram Manukyan did not open the brackets, “We will be consistent in presenting the right of the parents’ of March 1 to the UN and the European Court. It is a matter of honor for us.” Aram Manukyan assured that they are going to achieve the disclosure and will punish the perpetrators, “We will achieve the point to bring the parents of these people to a console as much as possible, at least to convince and show the world that their victims are victims on the way to democracy.” Note that the application sent to ECHR requires disclosing and punishing the perpetrators and organizers, as well as compensation to the families of the victims
