People at the seized Police station in Yerevan have been provided with food and necessary medications on July 18.
Another hostage has been released from the seized area through the complex operations of law enforcement agencies, including negotiations. Nevertheless, similar encouraging moments still do not gurantee the desired outcome and do not exclude possible tragic consequences, for which the responsibility will fall entirely on the initiators of the assault.
The terrorists must understand they do not have an alternative to unconditionally fulfilling the demands of authorities. Law enforcement agencies still hope that the gunmen will be guided only by reason.
