“Since the moment when they took the doctors as a hostage, the armed guys inside are terrorists. After that, the state, the authorities and the force agencies have the right to use any measure provided by law to release the hostages,” – announced the leader of the “National security” party, Garnik Isagulyan, in a press conference at Noyan Tapan club today.
