On 13 August Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan partook at a solemn ceremony of opening the conference of the Artsakh Parliamentarians’ Association.
President Sahakyan signified the formation of the Artsakh Parliamentarians’ Association noting that the way passed by our veterans, their experience and knowledge, active participation in the solution of national issues may and should serve as an example for the younger generation.
The Head of the State handed in state awards to a group deputies who partook in the historical sessions of the former Nagorno Karabagh Regional Council held on February 20, 1988 and September 2, 1991.
