At the session of the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs of the RA National Assembly, lawmaker Tevan Poghosyan asked the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Shavarsh Kocharyan, about the stage of Armenia’s agreement on mutual military assistance with Artsakh. “What should be done is done,” – said Shavarsh Kocharyan.
Later, in an interview with the journalists, Shavarsh Kocharyan detailed that the draft is already ready. To the question about the future process, Deputy Foreign Minister replied, “It is already placed in the field of the top leadership of Armenia and Artsakh.”
