Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree appointing Karen Karapetyan as Prime Minister of Armenia, the text of the decree is released by the press office of the President’s Office.
“Guided by 2005 guided by Part 4, article 55 of the Armenian Constitution changes of the year 2005 by signing the decree, I appoint Karen Karapetyan as Prime Minister of Armenia,” reads the statement.
