NKR Foreign Ministry’s Spokesperson Ani Sargsyan assured that the Armenian side has never created obstacles for the works of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone. Recall that the UN Commissioner had complained that he is unable to enter the NKR conflict zone.
A day before, the Azerbaijani side had explained that the obstacles are coming from the Armenian side. “The wave of disinformation divulged by Azerbaijan is aimed at unveiling their attempts to limit the NKR contacts with the outside world,” – said Ani Sargsyan.
